About Us

In your journal

The Element Performance system identifies the training style that suits you best. It is based on five athlete profiles — Fire, Lightning, Earth, Water, and Air — each representing a unique combination of personality traits, neurological tendencies, and training responses.


Once you discover your element, the Element Performance Journal helps you apply it in your daily training and lifestyle.

Each journal includes gym workouts, speed and athletic development sessions, nutrition guidance, and recovery protocols designed to support performance. It also includes health and wellness journalling, with regular check-ins for gratitude, focus, habits, and personal reflection.


Inspired by the mindset principles of daily reflection and discipline, combined with structured performance training, the journal helps you track progress not only in the gym but in your overall wellbeing.
