With the funding provided by Te Rau Ora, Toitoi Manawa have been able to deliver suicide prevention workshops and hope to continue to do so in this coming year.
Holistic Health Focus
These workshops focus on creating holistic health within the whare tapawhā as well as mahamaha which is emotional health, how to manage ourselves through difficult times.
